Tao Xingzhi said: life is education.The concept of education in modern Chinese dictionary is " training the new generation to prepare for the whole process of social life".Education is a process in which natural persons move towards social persons,and it can help people improve their comprehensive qualities.People can improve their connotation and cultivation,enhance their social competitiveness,gain respect from others and improve their values and social positions through education.Enjoying compulsory education is the right of every Chinese citizen.With the development of economy,the improvement of residents' living standards and education awareness,basic education facilities have become an important indicator to evaluate cities and settlements.At present,because of the scarcity and imbalance of educational facilities,the phenomenon of school attendance is increasingly obvious,and the current situation of large-class school places is ubiquitous.In this context,through field investigation and data collection,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation characteristics and problems of basic education facilities in residential areas of central cities in Shaanxi province,summarizes the factors influencing the allocation of residential education facilities,and aims to explore a set of standards suitable for basic education facilities in residential areas of central cities in Shaanxi province.Chapter one,the author mainly combs the research background,research ideas and research contents of the article.Chapter two,the author studies the theory of infrastructure allocation in basic education,combs the development process of domestic residential areas and educational facilities,analyzes the relationship between residential areas and basic educational facilities,analyzes the relationship between residential areas and basic education facilities,and studies the formulation methods of relevant national and local standards.The third chapter,the author first studied the development of the whole Shaanxi provincial center city and residential areas,and then specifically selected Yulin city,Shangluo city and Weinan city as the field research areas,after detailed investigation of the quantity,scale and layout of basic education facilities in these three areas,the author concluded that the main problems existing in the basic education facilities in Shaanxi provincial center city residential areas were generally too large in school size and class size,the construction scale was far from the standard,the service scope expanded,and the inter-city education facilities varied greatly.Chapter four,the author explores the influence of population factors,urban natural and economic factors,residential areas factors and educational facilities development factors on the allocation of basic educational facilities in residential areas from the perspective of current situation investigation and theoretical research.Chapter five,through combing and studying the investigation status and related standards and norms,the author explores the construction ideas of basic education facilities allocation standards in central urban settlements in Shaanxi province.Starting from the investigation situation,combining with educational research and related standards,the types of basic education facilities in residential areas are determined.Through combing and summarizing the demand and development of educational facilities and research methods of related norms and standards,the population status,future development and residents' demand of central cities in Shaanxi province are analyzed,and specific indicators such as the number of thousands of students,the scale of running and building schools,and the scope of services of educational facilities are determined.After that,by combing the standards of allocation and construction of public service facilities in residential areas around the country,combining with the current population management system,the residential boundary,the service scale of public service facilities,the development of residential areas,and the residents' communication and social public decision-making,the residential differentiation system of central cities in Shaanxi province was finally determined,and all kinds of educational facilities were graded and allocated.By studying the classification of educational facilities and various specific indicators,we finally get the allocation standard of basic educational facilities in central urban settlements in Shaanxi province.
