Research On The Spatial Layout Optimization Of Compulsory Education Facilities In The Central City Of Pingyuan County

Compulsory education is one of the key tasks of the party and the government concerning people’s livelihood,it is the content of social life closely related to the people.One of the foundations of high quality service in compulsory education,it is the reasonable spatial layout and efficient support of the corresponding compulsory education facilities.This paper selects the central city of Pingyuan County as the research area,Based on the analysis data obtained through research,through data statistics,Arc GIS spatial analysis,Arc GIS spatial calculation and other methods,This paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of compulsory education facilities in the central area of Pingyuan county,the characteristics of users of compulsory education facilities are analyzed through questionnaire data.After the combination of the two,the problems of spatial layout are summarized,and analyze the reasons for the formation,and put forward optimization suggestions.The first chapter and the second chapter are based on "location theory","life circle theory","reachability theory" and "public service supply theory",this paper collates the domestic literature on the layout of compulsory education facilities.Combined with the research ideas and methods of spatial layout optimization of compulsory education facilities,then the technical route of the research on the spatial layout optimization of compulsory education facilities is formulated.The third chapter analyzes the spatial characteristics of compulsory education facilities supply and service.This paper describes and analyzes the spatial characteristics of compulsory education facilities in the central area of Pingyuan county.The paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of the supply of compulsory education facilities from four aspects:the distribution of facilities,the scale of facilities,the land per student and the composition of land,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of compulsory education facilities service from three aspects: the realistic service scope,the standard service scope and the comparison between them.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of existing facilities users and potential facilities users by using the questionnaire data.The paper summarizes the characteristics of users of existing compulsory education facilities from two aspects: the travel characteristics of users and the satisfaction characteristics of users,The paper analyzes the characteristics of the former users of compulsory education facilities from two aspects:the distribution characteristics of potential users and the scale characteristics of potential users.The fifth chapter combines the spatial characteristics and user characteristics of compulsory education facilities,The paper finds the problems in the spatial layout of compulsory education facilities,analyzes the causes,and puts forward some suggestions for spatial optimization.
