The Tactical Research On The Suitability Of Residential Architecture Space Of River-Valley Town In Qinling

With the development of urbanization, especially the implement of 《The newurbanization state plan (2014-2020years)》is propelling the construction progress of villagesand towns. In the construction of river-valley towns in Qinling, creating dwelling space tomeet the needs of the residents, with the regional dwelling space will be of great significanceto the progress of our country towns.Therefore, research residential architecture spacesuitability of river-valley town in Qinling in the construction of villages and towns has greatpractical value.This issue is based on the survey of river-valley towns in southern and northern ofQinling. The township administrative villages as the main research site. The investigation ofthe current situation of research,including the natural climate,geographicalconditions,settlement pattern, the road system, the space of traditional dwellings and themodern residential architecture,and so on. The purpose of research is to clear the spatialrelationship between traditional dwellings and modern residential architecture; and the designproblems of outer space in residential architecture.Under the overall objectives of the development about regional architecture, this thesis isapplying the architectural space combinatorial theory, demand hierarchy theory, sustainabledevelopment theory, human settlement environment and other related basic theories,andputting some design strategies on space suitability of residential architecture. According to theaffecting factors about residential architecture space form in river-valley town, fromthe aspects of town terrain, regional culture, natural environment and cultural environment,explored the design strategy of space suitability in river-valley towns.The research is combined the natural environment and the construction background ofriver-valley towns in Qinling and analyzed the development of residential buildings.Furthermore, it put forward the design principles of suitability dwelling space, and proposedsome external space design measures from town location, settlement space, street space, courtyard space and architecture combination. Analyzing the function layout, space scale,structure and material,analysis the internal space suitability. Select dwelling space ofriver-valley towns in the southern and northern of Qinling as the research object, It is not onlycompared traditional dwellings with modern residential architecture,but also compared withthe dwelling space form in southern and northern of river-valley towns in Qinling.In thisthesis, the author aims to make a research on the design strategy research of the residentialsuitable space and create the regional and suitable dwelling space for local residents of valleytowns in Qinling area.This research is conducive to the further healthy, reasonable development of river-valleytowns in Qinling. Through the strategy research of suitability dwelling space in those towns,to provide other similar background towns construction with theoretical guidance and morecomprehensive design strategies. Hoping to provide theoretical basis for the futuredevelopment construction of villages and towns in China.
