Chemical water,as a power plant water,its quality,amounts and supplying conditions have some certain requirements.The chemical water treatment system is a very important auxiliary network system to ensure the safety of water supply of the thermal power plant,which ensures the safer operations of the chemical water system.It can also keep the whole thermal power plant working as normal as possible as we wish.In my this paper,the basic control requirements of the chemical water treatment system are summarized by analyzing the chemical water treatment system of the Dushanbe 2 thermal power station's,in Tajikistan,technical process,the membrane treatment and the electric desalting technology.According to the actual work of the field system,this paper have found the key problem and technical control problems of the system.Due to that,the initial control scheme based on programmable logic controller(PLC)is proposed,and the reliability of industrial programmable logic controller(PLC)is very high.Program control level,used to achieve the chemical water treatment system on-site varied the process equipment and the control of the composite operation;HMI(man-machine interface)safely,friendly,in a variety of operating stations,made the process of automatic,manual.It got into a function group and other controller,whose switches used to achieve real-time data exchange between PLC and HMI.The design scheme of PLC + switch + HMI can realize the flexible and centralized monitoring of the chemical water treatment system of thermal power plant.This paper described the overall control network architecture and the design concept of the whole chemical water treatment program control system.The whole process of the whole project is carried out from many aspects of detailed control scheme,hardware software design,selection,reliability,configuration debugging and so on.Chemical water treatment program control system with three control stations and a remote I / O station,each site between the I / O signal data collection used the communication protocol for transmission,physical transmission media for the fiber,all on-site I / O signal according to the process The layout of the workshop is scattered in the control station and remote I / O station of the chemical water treatment program control system.In this paper,the I / O module configuration in the chemical water treatment control system,the MB + network of the I / O device layer,the communication between the system control layer Technical and control procedures are designed in-depth and meticulous research.It meantime included the process of water treatment process and the logic of the process of a detailed design and research.The man-machine interface design of the chemical water treatment system of the project adopted the combination of process and function to provide the operation personnel with a variety of control modes for monitoring the water treatment process and equipment and providing various data reports for the production management personnel to analyze the status of field equipment in a timely manner to make decisions,and also for the service staff to provide off-line online programming,simulation,modify the program and other maintenance functions.In this paper,the reliability of the chemical watermarking system is analyzed,and the modular design principle is adopted.The reliability design is adopted in the design of hardware and software program.The chemical water treatment and control system after 168 hours of trial operation and nearly half of the commercial operation,the actual operation of the system shows that the system can monitor the operation of the entire chemical water treatment system conditions,the scene of a variety of equipment control operation is accurate data.The record is complete and effective,and can on the scene of the general routine failure to automatically deal with and alarm,prompting the operation of personnel,fully achieving chemical water treatment system for long period of safe,reliable and stable operation.
