The coal Transport System,An important component of thermal power plants. Italso can guarantee the whole power plant work stably and reliably.The structure,technical process and characteristics are introduced in this paper.The control requirements of coal transport control system recommended based on theresearch result. Acording to the existing problems and The difficulty of coal transportsystem, the countermeasures of the PLC control System are put forward. After theoverall Plan of the construction of coal transport control system. With referencing theequipment Selection, control schemes,hardware configuration and programming. Itintroduces an application plan in view of this system.The coal transport control system has one master station and three remote I/Ostations. Fiber connect between station and station. A part of I/O signal transmissionadopt the Modbus communication protocol. These signals is widely distributed inmaster station and remote I/O stations of control system. In order to fulfill this task,Modbus worknet based and OPC technology has been studied emphatically. The coalTransport and coal blending program of control system have been Designed andanalysised. The goal and design principles of control system have been setted upin primary design. According to this goal and design principles,the design andimplementation of monitoring interface Achieve the following functions: Real-timemonitoring, data acquisition and storing, historical trend display and fault alarm,etc.The paper presents probability analysis of coal transport control system includingthose from hardware and softward, The features and influence factors in PLC control system have been formulated. This article also Discussi measures on anti-jammingDesign, redundant rechnology which exalt reliability of the PLC control system. Theadvantages of this method for improving the reliability of the system are revealed inprogram implementation. The result proves this system can reach excellent stabilization.
