| With the automation of hydropower station, the issue of computing, supervision and control problems complicate, it ask operators and the maintainers to continuously improve operating skills of the devices and resilience skills against abnormal incidents, therefore, it is in the urgent needs to research and develop a set of a simulation teaching system to train, test, and research comprehensively and effectively.It research demonstrative power station simulation system training center specially, which takes a Zhejiang province-level demonstrative power station simulation system training center as the research object, and refers to the advanced design concepts and idea of distributed control system from domestic and oversea, and bases on the real teaching requirement, it has the following aspects:the functional requirements, the overall architecture and composition, control theory, control strategies and functionality. The main tasks are listed as follow:(1) Analyze the overall architecture of demonstrative power station simulation system training center according to the present developing situation of hydropower station supervisory system, along with the analysis of the current mainstream hydropower station supervisory technology and based on industrial computer network technology, application of sophisticated programmable controller technology and the configuration software technology(2) Design the master control layer and the local control layer and adopt Modicon M340PLC as control center. Utilize Unity Pro as software platform. Design the control system using hot standby redundant system to improve the reliability and stability of the system. Design the operational processes for hydro electric generating sets(3)Design and implement the configuration user interface of operational processes, HMI, upper monitors, servers, LCUs, based on Kingview6.53as the software platform. Implement the functionality to control LCU remotely on upper monitors, relying on the LAN and Kingview6.53.(4) On the basis of common PID, introduce the improved single neuron adaptive PID controller strategies, and use it to control the power of the hydropower station supervisory system, in order to improve the speedability, stability and robustness of system power control.Research, verify, and troubleshoot to develop the functionality of the demonstrative power station simulation system training center, and implement the unattended operation/less unattended operation in further goal.
