China's high-latitude and cold regions,with vast land area,harsh climatic conditions and frequent meteorological disasters represented by low-temperature freezing,snowstorms,gales and floods,have become important factors that seriously restrict the development of health clinics in towns and villages in China's cold region and threaten the public health and safety of rural residents.In addition,the poor economic and cultural level and infrastructure of China's villages and towns lead to the lagging development of medical treatment in cold villages and towns,and the existing research on the spatial design of building disaster response is lack of targeted research results targeted at the health institutes in cold villages and towns.Therefore,how to guide the disaster design of health hospitals in cold villages and towns from the theoretical level,ensure the safety of life and property of residents in cold villages and towns,and fill the blank of scientific research in this field has become an important starting point of this paper.This paper selects methods of literature induction,field investigation and systematic analysis,and analyzes and concludes from three aspects of space layout,disaster response system and internal space design,so as to find a new way to improve the disaster response capacity of health centers in cold villages and towns in China.This paper is mainly divided into three parts on the design of health hospitals in cold villages and towns in response to meteorological disasters.First of all,this research topic is deeply considered.Through studying various relevant literature and materials,the basic concept of cold ground,meteorological disaster,township health centers,disaster design and other terms are used as the entry point to define the basic concept and the research scope.Combined with the research status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes relevant theories and disaster prevention practices with guiding significance and reference value.Secondly,considering the accidental disasters and unpredictability,this research USES the field investigation,literature research and comparison research of combining research methods,in the order from macro to micro,for cold in towns and townships planning layout,operation system,the internal space of the three aspects of the ability should be an investigation,and the analysis of the information obtained in both the experience and lessons,concludes the existing problems,for cold in towns and townships should design a disaster countermeasures to provide practical basis.Finally,based on the above theoretical and practical basis,the paper puts forward the disaster design countermeasures of health hospitals in cold villages and towns,namely,planning layout design countermeasures,disaster system design countermeasures and internal space design countermeasures,and provides theoretical guidance and support for disaster design of health hospitals in cold villages and towns from the perspective of architecture.With development of China,the disaster response capacity of health centers in cold villages and towns will attract more and more attention.This research in the basic meet the demand of cold in towns and townships in the norm,on the ba sis of innovation proposed the cold system in towns and townships in the planning and layout,should disaster and internal space design should disaster countermeasures,met the cold under the meteorological disasters in towns and townships and the specific requirements of the rural residents,the cold to the construction and development of towns and townships has theoretical significance and practical significance.
