Research On Space Constitution Of Urban Commercial Complex’s Entrance

With the rapid development of economy in our country, the resource of land is becoming more and more limited, and the concentration ratio of commercial buildings is continually becoming higher. Urban commercial complex is a product of intensive business function. The development of Urban commercial complex is the inevitable trend in current, under the urbanization process in China. As a part of the urban commercial complex building space, the entrance space is not only played a vital role in commercial space, it is also a vital connection space to the city. It has the responsibilities to improve the whole surrounding environment, and reduce the pressure of urban traffic. The theory on the urban commercial complex is not very mature in our country yet, but the urban commercial complex have been built in great quantities. Therefore, the research on urban commercial complex is particularly urgent and important.This article takes the space constitution of the urban commercial complex’s entrance as the research object, and uses the method of classification method in the typology. With carding and summarizing both inland and foreign urban commercial complexes, and through illustration and comparison, this article finally extracting the morphological characteristics of the urban commercial complex entrance space form, and then put it into fore types to analyze as follows: the traffic functional entrances of the urban commercial complex, the centralized entrances of the urban commercial complex, the group mode entrances of the urban commercial complex, and the street mode entrances of the urban commercial complex.
