Study On Rural Livability In Guangyuan Based On Geographical Unit

Since the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the contradiction between farmers’ demand for beautiful living environment and the imbalance between urban and rural development is becoming more and more serious.For this reason,the nineteen put forward the great strategy of rural revitalization,bringing unprecedented opportunities for the development of rural areas.In 2018,the important deployment of environment-friendly livable villages was made in the central document No.1,and the construction of livable villages was widely concerned.However,the vast mountainous and rural areas are plagued by geological disasters and poverty for a long time,and the construction of livable villages is facing great challenges.In view of this,the poor mountainous areas of Guangyuan is located in the complex topography as an example,select the livable village as the starting point,in the framework of human settlement,with 22 poverty alleviation pilot village as the starting point,launched a detailed geomorphological survey,divided into three levels based on the rural construction of livable geomorphological investigation unit(hereinafter referred to as the geomorphic unit),and 22 villages of building livable key is mapped to different geomorphic units,on the basis of building livable city evaluation index system,and then puts forward the livability evaluation,rural habitability ascension strategy and livable rural construction strategy.This paper is divided into four parts based on problem orientation,namely,finding problems(first chapters),easing problems(second chapters),analyzing problems(third chapters,fourth chapters),solving problems(fifth chapters,sixth chapters)6 chapters,among them,the geographical unit division(third chapters),livability evaluation(fourth chapters)and livability enhancement(fifth chapters)are three plates with the most ink content.First is the discovery of the problem,the introduction:Through the analysis of the background of rural development and the background of easy poverty alleviation in Guangyuan,it is found that the complex terrain and geomorphology and the miscellaneous factors of poor factors in Guangyuan are facing great challenges.Accordingly,the significance and value of the research are put forward,and the research on the livability of rural areas at home and abroad is reviewed,and the ideas for solving the problems are combed.The design of the framework is well designed.The next is the construction method,the theoretical basis and method system of the study of livability in rural areas: This paper mainly expounds the theoretical support of the research,explains the logical relationship between the three parts of the geographical unit,livability evaluation and livability promotion,and collate the method system to solve the problem of livability construction in rural Guangyuan.The third is the analysis problem,the division of rural geographic units and evaluation of livability in Guangyuan city: The division of geographic units,using the means of combining investigation and interview with exploratory spatial data analysis,divides three levels and 33 geographical units according to the distribution of natural,economic and social conditions in the rural areas,and summarizes the characteristics of the various geographic units,and classifies the complex and livability construction questions for the next step.According to the investigation of 22 pilot villages,it is found that the livability construction of Guangyuan is focused on five aspects: ecological security,environment friendly,resource intensive,economic sustainability and convenience of life.Based on this,the Delphy method and analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the three level evaluation index system of needle sex.In the background of the city,the 22 pilot villages were evaluated,and the evaluation results were mapped to different geographic units.It was concluded that the livability was high and low cluster distribution.The high value areas were distributed in the intersection of the river valley of the Cangshan corridor and the southern Cangxi River;the low value areas were distributed in the ecological conservation areas,such as the Morgan mountain,the sword Gate Mountain,the rice Cangshan and so on,and the Jiange county.The ecological unit in cuiyun.Finally,to solve the problem:Guangyuan rural livability promotion: according to the different geographical units livability construction problem,from the ecological security,environmental friendliness,resource intensive degree,economic sustainability,life convenience five aspects of promotion strategy,and take the Zhao Jia grain and oil unit as an example,from the ecological environment,village renovation,set up.In the four aspects of perfection and industrial layout,it puts forward the construction mode that can be promoted in the local units,and provides a reference for the rural livability construction in Guangyuan.
