| With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of the degree of modernization,the use of electrical equipment is increasing,and the demand for electric energy is increasing dramatically,resulting in frequent electrical fire accidents.Faced with this grim situation,the state has successively issued a series of standards and norms in the prevention of electrical fires.The purpose of the subject is to design a set of electrical fire monitoring system in accordance with the national standards and the actual requirements for electrical fire protection.The system can monitor the status of electrical circuit in real time,accurately and flexibly,efficiently and stably,reliably,and prevent electrical fires from the source,ensure the safety of electricity use.The work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the severe situation of electrical fire in China,highlights the importance of electrical fire monitoring system in preventing electrical fire,expounds the development status and development trend of electrical fire monitoring system at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content of the subject,which is to design a set of electrical fire monitoring system that can monitor the residual current and temperature parameters in the electrical circuit in the region in real time.(2)According to the requirements of the national standard and the actual functional requirements,a design scheme of the electrical fire monitoring system is formulated in this paper.The entire system consists of three parts: electrical fire monitoring detectors,electrical fire monitoring equipment and upper computer management software.The system adopts a hierarchical distributed architecture and the network is built through CAN bus and Ethernet communication mode to implement distributed monitoring and centralized management of the entire area’s electrical lines.(3)The hardware scheme of the electrical fire monitoring system is designed in this paper.The hardware design includes two parts: the electrical fire monitoring detector and electrical fire monitoring equipment.The STM32 series chip is selected as the main controller of the detector and the monitoring equipment.According to the different functions of modules,the different hardware parts are designed specifically and analyzed in detail based on the block design principle(4)The software of electrical fire monitoring system is designed in this paper.The system software includes the monitoring detector software,the monitoring equipment software and upper computer management software.The software program flow chart of each part of the detector and monitoring equipment is given,and analyzed and explained in detail.The signal detection method is mainly introduced.The interactive interface,communication implementation and data management function of upper computer management software is realized by using Qt platform and MySQL database.(5)The electrical fire monitoring detector,monitoring equipment and upper computer management software designed and implemented are built into a system.And the important functions and performance of the system are tested.The test results show that the system’s functional parameters and performance indicators meet preset requirements.The entire system can be operated safely,stably and reliably to meet the actual application requirements of electrical fire protection. |
