In the modern society today,electric energy has been highly dependent on the energy.While the electricity consumption of the whole society has repeatedly reached new highs,the occurrence of electric fires is not uncommon.The frequent occurrence of electric fires seriously endangers the safety of people's lives and property.The purpose of this paper is to design an electrical fire monitoring system which can monitor the field electrical circuit in real time based on the relevant specifications of the national standard.The work done in this paper is summarized as follows:(1)The current situation of frequent electrical fire accidents is analyzed,elaborate the research background and significance of electrical fire monitoring system,at the same time leads to the research content of this paper,design an electrical fire monitoring system that can real-time monitor the state of the electrical circuit and fault alarm.(2)The overall framework of the electrical fire monitoring system is designed.The overall framework can be divided into three parts,namely the electrical equipment data acquisition layer,the information transmission layer and the monitoring terminal layer.The bus uses the mainstream RS-485 field bus in the market.(3)The hardware part of the electrical fire monitoring system is designed.The most important module of the hardware design is the main control chip circuit module,various parameter acquisition and calculation module,GPRS module and switching input and output module.The key hardware modules of the monitoring system are introduced in detail and the principle is analyzed.(4)The software flow and software protocol of the electrical fire monitoring system are designed.The software flow is divided into three different flows: initialization,command processing and fault processing.The software protocols are divided into Modbus protocol used in physical layer and data link layer and 104 protocol based on TCP/IP layer.The corresponding data platform is designed to view the monitoring data conveniently(5)Finally,the self-organizing neural network model and the improved SOM self-organizing competitive network model are used for data analysis.In order to solve the shortcomings of SOM self-organizing competitive network model,a solution of LVQ+SOM combined neural network model is proposed,which can satisfy the requirement of early fire warning and fault classification of the electrical circuit.(6)The design of the electrical fire monitoring system performance test,test results show that the monitoring system equipment parameters and performance to meet the requirements of the electrical fire monitoring system design requirements.
