Research On The Typo-morphology Of Work-Unit Neighbourhood In Chongqing City(1949-1998)

With the acceleration of urbanization and profound changes in Chinese society,a large number of existing old unit-based settlements face challenges in stock planning and sustainable development.At the same time,Chongqing's special geographical environment has created the geographical and cultural characteristics of the unit system.In addition,the form type of the unit system of residence is a microcosm of the understanding and perspective of the social changes in China.In view of the above three backgrounds,the research on the form of the unit system and settlement in the urban area of Chongqing is particularly urgent.This article includes three main sections:The first part is the second chapter.The theories and methods used in this paper are introduced,namely morphological typology.It mainly covers three parts,namely morphotypic theory,morphotypic research framework,and morphological typology research on residential areas.Among them,in the theory of morphology typology,Kang Zeen's urban morphology,Caniggia's architectural typology and integrated morphotypes were introduced.The research framework of morpho-type typology mainly includes the research framework of western morphotypic typology,the research framework of localization of morphotypic typology and the research framework of this paper.Based on the historical culture and topographical features of Chongqing,the research framework is divided into three phases from the space-time dimension to the unit-based residential areas in Chongqing's main urban areas,namely 1949-1957,1958-1977,and 1978-1998;From a microscopic perspective,the morphological type is divided into 8 elements,including the 6 elements of the residential form and the 2 types of the architectural type.Among them,the six elements of the residential area include: the overall layout of residential areas,the shape of residential units,the shape of residential units,the status of sub-stations,the road system,and the building density and scale.The types of building types include the following: residential building styles and residential building plans.The second part is the third chapter.Including three aspects,starting from the two spatial scopes of the whole city and the main urban area of Chongqing,we introduced the development and construction of the unit system and residential areas;then the three time periods according to this study(1949-1957,1958-1977,1978)-1998),combining morphological type 8 elements,respectively discusses the morphological type characteristics of samples of each unit system in the main urban area of Chongqing within each time period;finally,laterally compares the form of unit system in the main urban area of Chongqing in each time period.The features of type elements summarize the characteristics of the dynamic changes of the eight elements in the form of unit system and settlement in urban areas of Chongqing from 1949 to 1998.The third part is the fourth chapter.It mainly explored the dynamical mechanisms that influenced the characteristics and changes of each element of the form and settlement pattern of the main urban areas in Chongqing,and discussed the natural geographical climate,political and economic environment,relevant policy conditions,distribution system,design leading ideas,and standardized six factors for the Chongqing Municipality.Features of the Types of Urban Units,Residential Districts,and the Influence of Changes.The last chapter is the fifth chapter,which summarizes and prospects the research on the form of unit system in Chongqing urban area.
