With the advent of the era of Internet of things,the advancement of industrial 4.0,new motor manufacturing technology has been developed rapidly,power electronic technology has entered the new stage of rapid development,the growing of the progress in add computer control technology,servo control system in industrial automation or electrical appliance in the family aspect even highly reliable defense modernization areas have been very widely used.It can be said that servo control technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life,and human life development has been unable to lack the participation of servo technology.But at the same time,the control effect is higher,and the current ac servo control technology will gradually fail to meet the performance requirements.Measures to improve the servo control performance mainly through two aspects of hardware and software,this paper choose the TMS320F2812 chip as control unit,by reasonable hardware selection,emphasis was on the control algorithm of servo system,so as to achieve the purpose of improve the control performance of system.In this paper,the development of the background and ac servo system is briefly described.On this basis,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced in detail.The principle of vector control of servo system is discussed.The SVPWM technology and its waveform realization were studied.The principle of PID control,fuzzy control theory and fractional order control theory are described.The simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system is built.Ac servo system hardware system is designed,which includes the principle of DSP technology introduction,system power circuit design,the design of drive circuit,photoelectric isolation circuit design,current signal detection circuit design,location,speed signal detection circuit design,power supply and reset circuit design and CAN communication module choice;Finally,the software design process with CCS3.3 as the software development platform is given.This paper put forward a vision that designing a fuzzy adaptive fractional PI~?controller based on the traditional PI control combining the widely used fuzzy control theory and the fast developing fractional theory.Meanwhile dynamic simulation for the feed servo system is done under the SIMULINK,which results show that the servo controller designed in this paper has superior control performance and the adaptive fuzzy fractional PI~?can meet the control requirements of high precision servo system.The idea is feasible.
