As the retaining number of cars grows rapidly throughout the world, though the troditional cars with the internal combustion engine bring people conveniences, it also causes environmental pollution to be getting more and more serious. Utilizing the electrical energy as it's power, the electric vehicle own such advantages such as zero-emissions and free from contamination, so it has a very bright developing prospects. Motor and its control system are the core of the system. In this paper, I adopt the PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) as the EV's motor and used the core chip--the high-speed chip DSP(TMS320F2812) to control the motor. The main content of this paper:First of all, combining the structure and characteristics of the PMSM, I anyalyized and got the mathematical models of the PMSM. After using the coordinate transform, I got the simplification mathematical models of the PMSM. And then, through studying the principles and strategies of the vector control and contrasting several methods of the vector control of PMSM, I worked out the approaches to make the vector control of using id=0.Secondly, I designed a whole set system by using the DSP chip. The hardware of the system constitutes the main circuit, the inverter circuit, the control circuit, the drive circuit, the protect circuit and the power supply circuit. I achieved the design and the debug of the systematic hardware circuit according to the core chip in those circuits and the calculation of the value of the important components. In the software of the system, in view of the resources and characteristics of the hardware circuit and the DSP chip, using the mothod of modularization to achieve the function of speeding the motor.Thirdly, as using the software of Matlab/SIMULINK, I estalished a frequency systematic model which based on the PMSM to simulate the SVPWM vector control. The simulation result shows that the response rate of the system and the dynamic and static performance has been significantly improved.Finally, I estalished the software design of the system of DSP and PC. The system of DSP using the mothod of modularization with the language of compilation and C in CCS2000. This mothod can be widely adopted and modified. The system of PC using the software of VC++6.0, though the transform of the serial port communication agreement, change the codes form the system of DSP to the running datas and the troubles of the motor. |
