Research On Community Elderly Emotional Service Design Based On Group Culture

With the continuous development of social economy,China's pension service mechanism has been continuously improved and improved.Pension problems are no longer confined to meet only the elderly in economic security,health care,life care and other physical and physiological needs,spiritual and emotional comfort and satisfaction are also increasingly attention.This paper uses the method of group culture to study the emotional needs of community pension users,set up typical roles and service scenes of emotional service,and construct the design model of community old-age emotional service system.Based on the analysis of the prototype and basic methods of the group culture theory,this paper analyzes the application of the group culture method in the user's research,summarizes the principles and precautions of the research user,and analyzes the characteristics and precautions of the user's education system.Put forward the feasibility of using group culture method in the study of community old-age emotional service.Then,the research on the community 's old-age emotional service system is carried out,including the emotional needs of the community' s pension users,the characteristics of the service providers,the coupling points of the interaction process between them.In the process of research,the methods of field participation observation,depth interview and questionnaire were used to collect the behavior of the research object in the real environment,and the emotional needs of the research object were obtained through the behavior analysis.The research results of the old-age users narrow the scope of the research target,create the typical role,use the situation construction method,the story version simulates the service situation,summarizes the design elements of the whole service system,and puts forward the idea of the design of the community's old-age emotional service system.And then use the system design,interactive design,product design,UI design and other methods to design the program specific,complete the whole community old age emotional service system model design,follow-up user feedback and re-design.Finally,taking the design of APP as a practical case in retired elderly community service of Jiangsu University,this paper validates the model of community service system.The research of the thesis focuses on the holism and the thematic view of the group culture,grasping the multiple real variables and the research integrity in the study,and the research path is clear and reasonable,which can provide the theoretical basis for the relevant design practice.
