Pension Type Hotel Environment Design Research

At present,“the ageing population society” is one of China's serious challenges.Comfortable retirement conditions have gradually become the primary demand of many elderly people.In order to improve the quality of old-age care in the country and cope with the pressure brought about by the aging of the population,China's old-age insurance system is used as an institutional support,and various comprehensive measures such as economic compensation,welfare and pensions have been adopted.However,these measures obviously cannot cover all aspects of old-age care.With the arrival of the "silver economy," China's old-age care facilities still face problems such as limited financial investment and insufficient development environment,and its development is still very slow.The traditional pension service supply capacity is facing severe challenges.The old-age hotel is a type of derivative business combined with old-age pensions and hotels.The pension industry and the hotel industry have a series of industry-crossing features,such as complementarity of service functions,openness of industrial systems,and similar operation pattern.There are four main elements of the old-age hotel,including: comfortable and beautiful living space,an advanced medical care system,a home-from-home personalized service,as well as,neat and sound infrastructure.Together these factors contributed to the rapid development of this business.Most of the high-end consumer groups in the old age hotels are highly educated and high-income middle aged and elderly people,and have a stable source of economy.The research of pension hotels is to integrate the pension industry with the hotel industry,and integrate the service concept of star hotels into the function of providing for the aged.We strive to build a one-stop hotel whichis based on housing,health care and endowment,and is suitable for the elderly to live for a long time.With the changes of people's lifestyle and family structure,the traditional pension mode will not be able to cope with the increasingly serious pension problems.These changes are also foreshadowing the development of old-agehotels.On the other hand,the gradual improvement of the people's old-age thinking and the authorities' preferential treatment of the old-age industries have provided powerful opportunities for the advancement of pension hotels.Along with the opportunities are a series of difficulties.The development of old-age hotel is still restricted by the lack of management talents,and the market environment that has not yet formed scale.In the environmental design of the old age Hotel,we must follow the design tenet of "people-oriented" and realize humanized design.The article adopts a series of research methods to systematically study pension hotels.Carry out field visits to the existing pension hotels to prepare for the early design stage.This paper puts forward two views on integrating the existing resources of the hotel,making the hotel a suitable environment for the aged,and the integration of the home service and the hotel service.In order to better solve the needs of the elderly in daily life.The article starts from the research of environment design of the old-age hotel and explores the effective operation models.According to the physical condition of the elderly's health,the hotel can be used as a suitable pension environment.This paper discusses the existing resources,functional transformation and supporting design of the hotel,so as to promote the design of hotel environment and its application value.
