Research On Old-age Facilities Planning In Mining City

Mining city is formed based on mineral resources development.Under the background of global aging,the aging population in mining cities is increasing rapidly.In order to alleviate the problem of the status of old-age facilities,construct the theory system of comprehensive pension service,and improve the scale layout standard of old facilities in mining city.In order to meet the needs of elderly people in different classes,it can effectively promote the construction of urban pension facilities,and further improve the theoretical framework of the research on the planning of urban pension facilities in mining city.In this paper,we comprehensively used the methods of literature review,investigation and analysis,and empirical research,to make it clear that the definition of related concepts and the classification of classification standards by summarizing and combing the relevant literature of urban endowment and pension facilities of domestic at home and abroad in mining city.At the same time,analyze the relevant norms and guidelines systematically.Through the investigation and study of the mining city,we discovered the practical problems of old age facilities in mining area and combingout the relatively special part of the mining area.It provide research ideas for the better solution to the problem of planning urban aged care facilities in mining areas below.Finally,taking the Jingxing Kuangqu as an example,the whole process of the planning of the pension facilities is studied and analyzed by combining the theory with the practice.The research focused on the prediction of the elderly population,the number and scale of the facilities,the classification of facilities,the standard of facilities and the layout of the facilities in the mining area.Through the analysis and summary of the data,it is found that the research on how to solve the problems of aging society is relatively late in our country.Moreoer,there is a relative lack of research on the urban elderly care facilities in the mining area at present,which leads to the disconnection between the relevant code guidance guidance and the status quo of the mining city,and some of the guidance standards lack practical significance.The main problems of the old age facilities in the mining city are: the total amount of the social pension service facilities is seriously insufficient,and the hierarchical allocation of the pension facilities is chaotic.There are many factors that cause the status of urban pension facilities in mining city,including the changes in industrial structure,population structure,the status of the elderly population,the historical legacy of the administrative division and so on.In view of the particularity of the urban problem in the mining city,it should not belimited to the existing standard in the planning.It should be based on the problem of solving the actual demand of the urban old-age facilities in the mining area.In the process of the overall planning,control and management,we should find the most suitable planning method for the urban old-age facilities in the mining city,and put forward a more pertinent configuration.Methods and standards are summarized and deepened,so as to improve the theoretical framework system of urban pension facilities in mining city.It will also play a guiding role in the planning and construction of other old cities that are also facing industrial transformation.
