The performance and quality of X-ray equipment can be improved through the useof high frequency high voltage power suply. Research and development of a kind ofhigh performance X-ray high frequency high voltage power supply is a significativework for the development of domestic X-ray industry.First of all, this thesis compared to many kinds of circuit topology which oftenused in high voltage situation, comprehensive account of various factors, the articlepropose the scheme of X-ray high frequency high voltage power supply, the designcontains two stage converters which are power factor correction circuit and full-bridgeseries-parallel resonant converter. Then, the article introduces the one cycle controlpower factor correction circuit principle, and use passive lossless soft-switchingtechnology to realize the zero current switching-ON and zero voltage switching-OFF ofthe circuit power switching device. At the same time is also given of the realization ofthe condition and design steps for passive lossless soft-switching circuit under theinfluence of the diode reverse recovery. At last, this paper use series-parallel resonantcircuit dc gain curve to analysis, design the circuit and identify circuit parameters, andthen combined with one cycle control, propose a kind of variable frequencyphase-shifted PWM generator. This circuit can be effectively used to produce drivingsignal of full-bridge series-parallel resonant, and it has the advantages of simple,reliable, rapid response to circuit frequency changes, etc. In addition, this article use thesoftware to simulate and confirm the electric circuit, the results show that, the programbased on the power factor corrector and full-bridge series-parallel resonance can be verygood meet the requirements for the X-ray high frequency high voltage power supply,that laid a good foundation for further prototype development.
