| With the development of economy and the improvement of medical and health facilities,the average life expectancy is increasing,while the aging rate is also increasing.Therefore,the design of the elderly house is aquired more and more importance.Many researches on the design of aging are concerned with the design of convenient actions for elderly people,such as barrier free systems,supporting facilities and so on.The focus of this article is the building thermal environment which is easy to ignore.Still,it has a significant impact on people’s health,emotion,efficiency and energy conservation.With the decline of body function,the elderly’s ability to perceive,adjust and adapt to the thermal environment are also declined.Therefore,The building thermal environment is an important factor affecting the health of the elderly.This article is to study the thermal environment of the Hot summer and cold winter area(take Changsha area as an example),through questionnaire and literature to study on the thermal environment of the elderly physical response and regulation,then through field investigation and simulation software to analyze the thermal environment of existing residential,to elaborate the aging thermal design of residences scheme from site selection,general layout,building shape,plan layout,color,space combination and landscape greening,and combining with the case analysis to illustrate;Meanwhile,the building envelope,doors and windows,staircases,moistureproof structure and other aspects in building structure of aging thermal design.In addition,the practical case study is also used to illustrate how to use these design methods and techniques.In conclusion,through the subjective feelings of elderly and the objective influence of the environment,to summarize the design methods of building thermal environment suitable for aging,so as to provide a feasible method for the current urgent problem of providing for the aged. |
