Technology Research Of Fitting Double Girder And L Plate With Drilling Of Heavy Truck And Key Device Design

With the heavy trucks market to safety,saving energy and environmentally friendly of large-load and high-power extension,the yield of multi-layer beam frame is also higher and higher.At present,Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co.,Ltd.has more than 90 % multi-layer beam frame,which is the main variety of production.Some manufacturers of foreign heavy trucks have developed high-strength plates,making it possible to use single-layer frame beams.For example,in Mexico,Metalsa adopts heat treatment for single-piece Roller beams whose tensile strength Rm reaches 800 ~ 930 MPa;Rm can reach 510 ~ 610 MPa in our country,so at present,we use multi-layer beam frame(setting main beam and L plate)or the vice frame to make heavy truck chassis.There are many kinds of technology forms of girder,for example:plug welding,riveting,Etc.But setting the multi-layer beam with spot welding has good rigidity,the implementation of convenient,so it is very promising.On the basis of traditional hand-setted beams,the technology of spot welding for double-layer beams and L-plate is studied.At the same time,design and build the semi-automatic girder hole production line in China,further improving the machining precision and production efficiency of multi-layer beam fitting,The labor of the workers was reduced.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With T610 L steel as test material,the test conditions and process were selected reasonably by spot welding and orthogonal test design,using the range analysis,finally,satisfactory welding parameters are obtained.(2)In this paper,a set of automatic fitting equipment for L-plate connecting the frame beam is designed and manufactured instead of the previous manual setting,and the structure drawing,hydraulic principle drawing,electric control system drawing of the fixture are put forward.(3)In combination with the above research,the production lines of semi-automatic girder drilling has been built,a special gauge is used in detection of hole,and the operation instruction manual of the production line was prepared,the workers were trained,and the production volume was steadily climbing.
