The existing welding fixture of motorcycle frame has many disadvantages,include low standardization and modularization,long develop period,uneasy to transport and remodel,difficulty in assembly,which restrict the production of motorcycle,adverse to occupy the market in the fierce competitionWe forward a new modularized welding fixture made of aluminum profile.It use many high strength aluminum profile in base and upright on the base of existing module.Welding fixture include base,strut member,connector,locating piece,gas cylinder,clamping element,locating part,shaft and axle sleeve.Serialize these module in order to increase adaptation.In order to verify fixture satisfied the welding quality requirement,Choosing engineer mounting hole requiring high accuracy as research object.Using the heating-elastic-plastic fem,include calculation of temperature field and stress deformation.Using life and death element method to simulation the process of weld filling.Using uniform surface heat source when calculating the temperature field.Setting the temperature result as load when calculating the stress deformation.Heating-elastic-plastic fem can acquire stress and deformation of every node and every time.Result shows that the new fixture meet welding quality requirement.Welding fixture base is the support of the other module,it should has strong rigidity and intensity.Choosing left front part fixture base as study object,make theory analysis and FEM calculation.Result shows that,the strength of welding fixture base is enough,its deformation is tiny and can be ignore to the welding deformation.In order to design the fixture fast,We develop the welding fixture software in the kind of PROE secondary development with C++.Using the software increase efficiency obviously.
