While the construction machinery is widely used in nowadays,the fatigue life of the metal structure is an important research topic,which always can not be avoided in any aspect of structure study.It is related to the construction process efficiency,safety and many other critical areas,and even statistics show that 80% of damage to the metal structure is caused by fatigue factors.Due to the characteristics of the fatigue failure,which contains sudden and severity,it makes a significant potential threat to the use of construction and even personal security.So that,the fatigue of metal structure is very important in machinery area.It takes a type of four linkage hydraulic vibratory hammer as an object in this paper,to process a more in-depth study on the development of fatigue theory and the application of state.The hydraulic vibratory hammers studied in this paper is a type of piling machinery,which are widely used in transportation,energy,environmental protection,port,railway,water conservancy construction projects.Compared to the traditional hammers,it has many advantages such as higher efficiency,lower noise,friendly to environment,easy to use,and so on.But due to the quickly loading cycle in its working,the metal structure of hydraulic vibratory hammers is easy to form fatigue cracks,and may even fatigue failure without dealing with the cracks.Therefore,it analyses the statics state of hydraulic vibratory hammers at first,and on this basis to analyze the fatigue life of its metal structure in this paper.In additional,some significant factors which have important influences to the fatigue life are also be analyzed,such as the structure stress level and excitation frequency.The pile driving speed is an important indicators to measure the performance of hydraulic vibratory hammers.This paper describes the principles of its work,and on this basis,establisheda mechanical equations.According to the equations,this paper carried on simulation analysis to the piling process of hydraulic vibratory hammers,and obtained the effects on the piling speed,such as stress level and excitation frequency.In the analysis of hydraulic vibratory hammers piling speed an fatigue life of its metal structure,some inherent relationship between these two important indicators are studied in this paper,So that,they can not be analyzed in isolation.If only pursuit the pile driving speed by blindly improve the frequency and size of the exciting force in the design and manufacture of hydraulic vibratory hammers,will result in greatly reducing the fatigue life of its metal structure,and vice versa.Therefore,this paper also conducted a comprehensive analysis which both take the piling speed and fatigue life into consideration.It will provide some helpful suggestions to select important parameters of hydraulic vibratory hammers,for example,exciting frequency,the mass of the polarization block and rotation radius.
