Hydraulic vibration pile hammer is a green piling machinery,which is widely used for its high efficiency, power and little effect on the surrounding environment. However, currently almost all hydraulic vibration pile hammer use synchronized gears to realize the forced synchronization. Due to the complexity of the foundation load, synchronous gear in construction process is often subject to serious friction and impact, thus it greatly reducing the vibration pile hammer using life. To this, this paper puts forward method that utilizes the self-synchronizing theory in vibration pile hammer in order to reduce friction and impact of the system and improve the life of vibration pile hammer. The main content of this article are:1,This article firstly analyzes the two-axis excitation system synchronization conditions and takes four shaft vibration pile hammer as the research object, in view of the problem that the four shaft excitation system is difficult to realize self-synchronous vibration,has carried on dynamics analysis to four axis excitation system. It obtained the necessary conditions that the four shaft vibration system realizes self-synchronizing and sufficient conditions that the synchronization system realizes the vertical direction self-synchronizing vibration2,Four shaft vibration pile hammer of hydraulic control system is moded and analyzed,and zhe author use of matlab software to design parameters self-tuning phase fuzzy controller and simulation study zhe control system response characteristic3,On the basis of four shaft vibration pile hammer's dynamic analysis and zhe study of its control system,zhe author has carried on the overall modelling to four axis hydraulic pressure vibration pile hammer, and has conducted the simulation research to system's synchronized performance.4,The two-axis excitation system has be experimental studied. Experiment studies zhe speed, eccentric quality and moment influence of the friction resistance of the system synchronization experimental studies were speed, quality and eccentric moment of the friction resistance of the system synchronization, in order to verify the correctness.The theory research and experimental verification shows that:in the case of synchronous gears removed, zhe phase of the fuzzy control system can control the self-synchronization condition and achieve the desired control effect, and achieve four-axis hydraulic vibratory pile hammer conformity self-synchronization.Thus it can greatly reduce the friction and impact of the system and improve system service life,and it also offer certain theoretical and technical support for design of new type of hydraulic self-synchronous vibration pile hammer.
