In our country,since the Modern Shipbuilding Mode is put forward,the concept of Lean Shipbuilding has been widely accepted and carried out in shipyard,the accuracy control level also improved significantly by innovating technology and improving management,and it has brought us enormous economic benefits.However,whilethe Lean Production is comprehensively implemented,the accuracy control of processing and assembling for curvy component has always been a big problem.At the construction site,no matter the processing of curvy component or the interconnection of curvy block,lager deviation is very common,which will produce much correction work for component installation and block assembling,And it will influence the production cycle and quality deeply,impede the formation of a strict quality management system,also do not conform to idea of Lean Production.So,it is our urgent affairs to improve the processing efficiency,reduce some unnecessary modification,and improve digital description level.This paper focus on curvy component assembling in group stage,takes the flat bulb steel frame and plate as an example,proposes a conception of correction in advance for the deviation.First measure the lines through Total Station to calculate the deviation,then correct the longitudinal bending deformation of the flat bulb steel frame by triangle-heating,decrease the deviation for making sure that it can fit the requirement of accuracy standard and construction technology.Firstly,the paper measures the lines of frame and plate that unassembled,fits the lines by general non-uniform B-spline,analyzes the correspondence and calculates their deviation.Then with the simulation in ANSYS,the paper explores the steps of finite element simulation of triangle-heating,explains the answers for different deformation direction.And by changing some parameters,this paper has obtained the numerical rule between technological parameters and deformation,also has gained a best combination that under the maximum temperature constraint.Last,the paper has studied the calculation algorithm of the heating area for triangle-heating,and developed the Heating Area Forecasting System in GUI of MATLAB in order to realize the function of data import,line fitting,deviation calculation,heating area andtechnological parameters prediction.And its effectiveness has been verified by an example.
