In order to get the crack width of hull plate bending by line heating, hull plate is developed. And the crack width is the width of shrink. Finally the process of expression and development of hull plate is programmed.The article expressions hull plate bending by line heating by Non-Uniform B-spline, studying the algorithms, including interpolation, boundary condition, etc. Based on three-dimensional expression of ship hull plate, a kind of development method fit for hull plate bending by line heating is achieved, that is quadrangle algorithms. The method is that special quadrangles are approximately planar quadrangles when special quadrangles are very small, then planar quadrangles are developed to plane, at last the crack width is gained. The crack value of sailed plate is shrink value that heating armor plate need. The wrap value of saddle-backed plate isn't the shrink value that heating armor plate needs, and more research is necessary in order to get the shrink value of saddle-backed plate.The software system of expression and development of hull plate bending by line heating is based on windows platform. Because of windows platform's many advantages such as objective oriented program method and message driving, the program has clear structure and it is easy to be maintain and strength.
