Human resources have become the core of enterprise development in today.How to stabilize the staff and retain the core staff is the key issue of enterprise competition.With the development of social economy and culture,the factors which affect the employees' willingness to stay in the company are no longer only about salary.The working environment,welfare and career development are also important factors.The traditional compensation system can't meet employees' need anymore.Enterprises implement total rewards system could improve the satisfaction of employees and attract,retain and motivate the core talents.So that could enhance the core competitiveness.S company,the company I'm working for,is a large state-owned enterprise which is engaged in electic power engineering.In recent years,S company's core staff turnover rate was increased due to the changes of internal and external environment.The purpose of this study was to design the total rewards system suitable for S company.This paper analyese the relevant theoretical research,due to the market environment to make the adjustment of the salary system,combined with the development strategy.The total rewards system designed for S company is xpected to improve employee satisfaction through external salary and internal salary function together.It is an important way to attract,retain and motivate the corporate talent through compensation administration.
