In recent years,since the world economic is getting more and more globalized and Chinese economic grows dramatically,the cooperation between different areas and countries are getting frequently and intimately,accordingly the conflict due to culture variation is getting outstanding within the international company administration.As an international company which owned by an American company,headquartered in Sweden and with sub companies located in six different countries,SWEP undoubtedly faced the influence of culture variations within the company operations and administrations.This thesis mainly studies,in term of maximum the whole organization efficiency,how to motivate the company employees according to the culture difference and local tradition.Firstly,the necessity and meaning of the employee motivation study are explained.And the relevant research in domestic and overseas are summarized simply as well.In general,abroad research regarding to company culture and employee encouragement is quite comprehensive and systemic compare to domestic's,since their industrialization is much earlier than us.There are some theories being taken as the guideline for analyzing SWEP company's current situation and figuring out the corrective actions regarding to employees' motivation.Secondly,by analyzing the employee motivation strategy and the influential factors to employee behaviors,the culture is found as the most important factor.According to the study of comparison American,European and Chinese history and culture,the company's culture display the difference which following the company location.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the value difference among Chinese,Sweden & USA,different employees' needs are sorted into different level,meanwhile the most efficient employee motivation action are suggested.Finally,the existing problem and the root cause within SWEP are analyzed and the relevant improved actions are raised accordingly,from concentrating the SCCI as the only company culture to awarding countable value,then to improving employees' working environment.Meanwhile the potential risks are highlighted for further precaution.
