With the advent of China's high-speed rail era,more and more people in the high-speed rail make use of fragmented time to communicate on Internet.Providing a full range of communication services for a large number of travelers has become the key construction direction of the three major operators.Meanwhile,the establishment of China Tower provides strong conditions for operators' high-quality low-cost covering.Therefore,how to explore the scientific and reasonable,safe and efficient construction strategy from the perspective of high-speed railway and civil communication development,significantly improve the quality of mobile communication in complex environment and enhance the user experience has become a hot topic in the industry.This paper discusses the construction process and related strategies of the high-speed railway civil communication system,which covers construction ideas outside the red line such as the base station site planning and construction,the empty link budget and the distance between the civil communication systems.The mountain hilly tunnel environment is the principle of the wireless coverage construction inside the red line.Specific works include:(1)The current situation of domestic and foreign high-speed railway civil communication system is summarized.The contents and key technical difficulties of high-speed railway civil communication system are analyzed and concluded.The key technologies in construction strategy are described in detail.(2)The high-speed rail construction business norms and guidance of the operators are carefully studied.The impact of wireless coverage on the construction of civil communication system in high-speed rail environment is analyzed by link budget.By calculating the isolation degree and isolation distance,we can determine the optimization scheme of azimuth setting when the surface condition is limited.(3)Compared with the construction scheme of the cable leakage under the tunnel scene,this paper analyzes the construction principles and the inter-system interference problem in the planning and construction of the scene,and puts forward the optimized solution to ensure the wireless signal coverage effect.(4)According to the relevant engineering cases of high-speed rail civil communication,the key technologies and main difficulties of high-speed rail communication system are analyzed and implemented in detail,and the construction strategy flow inside and outside the engineering red line is expounded.Finally,the test results verify the rationality of the construction strategy.Based on the operators' network demands and basic principles of wireless system interference,this paper gives the solution for interference and the construction strategy of the main wireless coverage construction.The application of the research results can effectively improve the base station co-address rate,reduce inter-system interference,and ensure the network coverage effect.
