The global energy consumption data shows that the total amount of global energy resources reserves is significantly inadequate.The energy is inadequate in China,and our country is in a stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the current construction speed,the construction in the next decades hundreds of years will continue to consume a lot of energy.So for the building,energy conservation through building energy conservation measures is to maintain and extend the world's energy consumption,to achieve sustainable development,an important way of building energy management is particularly important.The main technical way of building energy conservation is to improve the energy efficiency of building envelope and strengthen the energy efficiency of energy control system in two aspects.The specific content of building envelope energy saving is extensive,including the construction of the structure of the insulation level is an important part of the building,but also the necessary measures to reduce building energy consumption.This article mainly from the construction wall energy saving combined with the actual situation in Yingkou for a detailed analysis and research.Yingkou is a temperate continental monsoon climate,the heating period is 152 days,the indoor temperature of residential building heating season more than 18.According to the "code for design of civil buildings" classification standard shows that Yingkou area belongs to the cold zone in the building climate zones,building energy-saving design should not only meet the requirements of heat preservation in winter,and summer heat.Yingkou city building energy efficiency standards is the implementation of the "Liaoning Province residential building energy-saving 65% of the design standards" and other local standards,which requires new energy-efficient building envelope for more than 45% indicators.So the wall in recent years in Yingkou area since the heat preservation and insulation sandwich technology energy-saving effect is not ideal,high cost and external wall thermal insulation technology has matured and other factors and the market is gradually phased out,and with the construction technology of building wall insulation outside the mature and comprehensive performance advantage,get a comprehensive promotion and use Yingkou city building.In this paper,the concept of sustainable development,expounds the basic theory of the life cycle cost analysis is carried out according to the energy saving wall of the life cycle theory the five part of the wall energy saving into the initial construction cost,operation cost,maintenance and replacement costs,uncontrollable costs and scrap the comprehensive,minimizing the whole life cycle energy consumption as the goal,to calculate the life cycle cost of building energy-saving wall model and evaluation index system.To the current situation of the development of building energy-saving wall of Yingkou city based,Yingkou City District a low-income housing monomer building as an example,analyze the application of energy-saving measures of building wall and without the use of energy-saving measures of building wall life cycle cost comparison,verify the rationality and feasibility of the theory and model.And through the comprehensive index evaluation of building energy-saving wall project of the case analysis,analysis of the replacement and comparison of the main city of Yingkou building energy-saving wall materials,summarize and put forward some suggestions for improving Yingkou city building energy-saving wall development and guidance.
