Study On The 3I Spatial Pattern Of Rural Farm Community In Heilongjiang Province

The 19 th Chinese National Congress report proposes implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation,strategy of sustainable development and ecological and civilized strategy of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,so as to realize the development path of "production development,affluent life and good ecology." Compared with urban space,rural space has obvious community,and the production,living,ecological space highly complex with each other.Past rural construction lacks the guidance of the idea of sustainable development.In terms of space planning,production,living and ecological division have paid enormous resources and environmental costs.In addition,the uneven development of urban and rural areas in China,rural population to urban population trends obvious,with the natural villages as the basic unit of the traditional village model gradually declining,the new rural community planning and construction of theoretical methods to be urgently pursued.The dissertation starts with the goal of sustainable development and proposes a spatial planning model for the new rural community in the light of the strategic deployment of the "19th Chinese National Congress" and the "rural complex" policy guidance put forward by the No.1 Central Government Document in 2017.Based on the goal of sustainable development,this paper proposes a spatial planning model of a new rural community facing the future,that is,the 3 I planning model,the productive infrastructure(PI),living infrastructure(LI)and Ecological Infrastructure(EI),the "3I" space entity of to carry out a systematic and diversified and resilient community planning of rural communities in the "3I" spatial planning model.Based on the theories of country revival,New-urbanism,and SEE theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural community planning in Heilongjiang Province,China,and analyzes the spatial elements and spatial patterns of rural farm community 3I research.First of all,from the perspective of the function of "production-life-ecology",the concepts,categories and components of PI,LI,EI in the rural farm community are defined.Secondly,the basic spatial structure of the rural farm community and the principles of 3I master plan are discussed.Respectively combs and discusses the different spatial patterns formed by PI,LI and EI in the rural farm community.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the 3I complex spatial model of PI,LI and EI in farm communities under ideal conditions.On the practical level,we selected the community of Heiyupao eco-farm in Fujin City,Heilongjiang Province,analyzed the 3I problem,3I factor classification and 3I spatial structure planning,and demonstrated the operability of 3I planning model in farm community.Farm community planning to provide demonstration and reference.This study proposed a new model of rural community-sustainable community planning farm space,to fill the gaps existing in the new rural community sp atial planning model,with 3I spatial planning model to deal with the community’s social,environmental and economic attributes of complex development of.From the three basic dimensions of "society-economy-environment",3I theory puts forward three basic functions of "PI-LI-EI" as the basic survival support for the development of the community according to the three basic functions of "life-production – ecology” systems and space entities,the formation of sustainable community planning theory,provides a new direction for the further study of rural community planning.
