With the advent of the era of globalization,economic patterns,social norms,and cultural norms around the world are converging at an alarming rate.One of the most intuitive performances influenced by western economic and culture is the city construction and the city forms are more and more influenced by western culture.Local and traditional features are gradually weakening.With the development of real estate in Shenyang and the continuously improvement of living environment,the urban renewal has made a positive contribution for urban transformation and economic growth.However,some irreparable regret is also left.A number of valuable cultural heritage were destructed in the spring tide of reform and transformation.This is not only caused the destruction of cultural heritage,but also results the disappearance of urban characteristics,the decline of urban competitiveness and public identity.This study will analyze the theories and methods of urban landscape evaluation and planning deeply in China and abroad.According to the condition of urban landscape basic data and field research,this study will put forward the overall landscape features of the city scientifically and reasonable,Design at area with preferred features,Characteristic path and the important node…accurately.This study is located on the early research of “The master urban design of shanghai central city”,to guide urban design projects and urban construction activities of Shenyang in various stagesShenyang is Chinese Historical and Cultural Cities which was scheduled by the State Council of China in 1986.Her central city is also the birthplace of Qing Dynasty culture,a representative city of the modern equipment manufacturing industry development in our country.Her development presents a diverse space characteristic.The landscape assessment factor selection,the use of evaluation methods and the direction of the planning strategy have a certain reference function on the feature of the plate more plain city construction.
