Research On The Planning Of Public Sport Installation Development In Shenyang City

It happens to be the time of holding the 2008 Olympic Games in our country, and the nationwide body-building plan entering into the second construction phase, all the cities in our country have set off a rush to the construction of sport installation. At the same time, the repaid development of urbanization and the improvement of nationwide consciousness of body-building have put forward newer and higher requirements to the urban sport installations. This dissertation takes the mainstream of urban sport installation development in the future, public sport installation as the research subject, starts with the definition on the scope of urban public sport installation, discusses on the effect of urban economic and social development to the construction of public sport installation; analyzes the current development level and future development tendency of the public sport in Shenyang City; makes comparison between the domestic and foreign public sport installations; carries out systematic analysis on the current situation of the public sport installation of Shenyang City, thereby brings forth the existing problems from three levels, such as the primary level requirement, quantity and quality; middle level requirement, layout and dimension; high level requirement, operation and development. Based on that, put forward the development strategy of increasing the quantity and quality, improving layout and dimension, and the sustainable development with Chinese characteristics from the existing problems on three levels of the sport installation of Shenyang City from the angle of such subjects as Architecture, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology and Management, etc., which bears clear aim and reality meaning.The condision of this research is that the most prominent problem existing in the publish sport installation of Shenyang City at the moment is still stay on the level of low quantity and quality.However, the unreasonable layout and dimension, and the deficiency of sport culture, lack of the conscious of sustainable development have affected the further development of urban sport installation on different degrees. Developing the public sport installation must pay attention to the differences of culture and territories, increase the acceptance degree of public sport installation, satisfy the multi level requirement of people. This dissertation aspires to promote the overall development of the public installation in Shenyang City, providing effective suggestion and support to the development of public sport installation for the similar kinds of cities in our country.
