Abstract/Summary:
As the capital city of Anhui province,Hefei city is experiencing a rapid growth.Due to the high cost of every piece of land,the rise of high-rise residential catered to the demand of the market.However,noise problem has been seriously influencing the living environment of high-rise residential,and it demands prompt solution.The source of the noise is complex and has little regularity,control is not easy for some unpredictable noise source.As a result,this article investigate and research on relatively constant noise source,adopting the method of field investigation and questionnaires,and makes subjective evaluation.Professional instrument field measurement is used in second step,and the measured content are the noise value of indoor main function rooms(bedroom,living room),the noise value of outdoor platform floors in switch-window state,as well as indoor and outdoor noise spectrum characteristics analysis.Referencing to the standards for acoustic environmental quality,the green building evaluation standard,and the civil building sound insulation specification,the article makes an objective evaluation of the high-rise residential indoor noise situation.And with the test data,it researched on the main influencing factors of noise of high-rise residential,and prevention and control of outdoor traffic noise,construction layout,interior acoustic components and equipment noise,as a certain reference to the solution of noise affecting high-rise residential in the future.Chapter 1 expounds the background of the article,content,theory,research methods,significance,and draw the corresponding block diagram,the literature provides a material basis for thesis writing.Chapter 2 is an important theoretical section,this paper mainly introduces the related concepts of acoustic environment and evaluation standard,to the actual measurement and simulation analysis provides a theoretical support.Chapter 3 introduces the general situation in hefei area and the emergence process of the high-rise residential and noise problems in the process and the current strategy of government issue the questionnaire survey on the status quo,make the subjective evaluation.Chapter 4 is the noise measurement part,selecting the four different district in hefei high-rise residential noise measurement,including the effect of noise on high-rise residential indoor and main traffic noise,noise outdoor platform with the change of floor and so on,in order to judge whether the sound environment condition is good.Chapter 5 of the measured high-rise residential computer software simulation,compared with the measured data,combined with the related standards,if sound environment to give you good evaluation,instead to find out the corresponding problems,and put forward the improvement measures,mainly from the sound insulation performance of interior components to consider and architectural layout,etc.Chapter 6 is a summary of the paper,obtaining research conclusion,and put forward the deficiency in high-rise residential interior noise problem solving for the future research.
