With the development of the intelligent heating system,it has become an important part of the intelligent heating system to study the advanced methods of data assessment,the rapid diagnosis of information and the development of efficient on-line verification instruments.At the same time,the intelligent heating system is "supplying heat according to demand".It puts forward the regulation mode that the users participate in the heating network adjustment according to their own demand.At this time,the demand of the end is dynamic change in the heating network.If the process is realized by variable flow regulation,the heating network is always in the dynamic period in the heating period.It is difficult to adjust the frequency of the pipe network with the temperature data.Therefore,the dynamic adjustment of the pipe network is put forward based on the data of the flow.The accuracy of flow data is very important at this time.The uncertainty of measurement in the measurement process can not be ignored.When there is a deviation in the flow measurement data,the flow data with deviations can adjust the pipe network,which may make the imbalance of water force more serious.In this paper,a heating network model is set up based on the historical data of heating network and the structure information of the pipe network.When the measurement data of the thermal flow meter at the end of the pipe network is deviate,the hydraulic imbalance of the pipe network adjustment based on the flow data is obtained.At the same time,the simulation results are analyzed and summarized,and the diagnostic method of pipe network flow data is established to improve the quality of data.Before the analysis of the flowmeter data validity of the pipe network system,the size of the uncertainty of the measured data in the actual working environment should be determined.Using the historical data of the heat network to analyze the uncertainty of the flowmeter under the actual measurement conditions,it is known that the uncertainty of the flowmeter is 2% ~ 3% when the flowmeter is installed correctly,only considering the influence of the hydraulic and thermal conditions of the pipe network on the measurement.When the installation conditions of the flowmeter do not meet the requirements,the validity of the measurement data of the flowmeter will become worse.So the flow measurement deviation can be assumed to be 1%~15% for the calculation of the mathematical model of the pipe network when the influence of the deviation of the flowmeter measurement data on the intelligent control of the pipe network is studied.When there is a deviation in the measurement data of a user in the pipe network,this measurement data will be adjusted by the network,which will cause imbalance.Simulink is used to build the calculation model of the heat supply network to simulate the influence of the flow measurement data on the network regulation.The misalignment caused by the measurement data deviation of each heat user flowmeter is summarized,and the actual misalignment of the pipe network is compared with the sum of the unequal misalignment,then the deviation of the flow measurement data of which hot user can be determined.Through the simulation,it is also known that when the measurement data of multiple thermal users are involved in the pipe network adjustment,the hydraulic imbalance caused by the measurement deviations will affect each other.Some of the imbalance degree of some users will become more intense after the influence of superposition.Some users' misalignment will become weak after the influence of superposition.It is difficult to find out the regularities of misalignment caused by the data deviation,so it is necessary to avoid the identification of the data when the associated strong heat user flow data are involved in the process of identification.After sorting out and analyzing the simulation results,the identification strategy of heat flux network data is established,and the identification process is demonstrated through an example analysis.
