As an important mode of,transportation in today's society,the subway has taken an increasingly important position In urban rail transit.However,subway fires seriously threaten passengers' lives and property.Because of the special nature of the subway,if the fire cannot be controlled in time at the initial stage of the fire,the scale of fire has expanded to a certain extent and extent of harm,when the fire occurs,it is easy to cause major casualties.It is seriously threatens people's lives.At present,the research of subway car fire detectors mostly focuses on point-type smoke detectors and aspiration-type smoke detectors,and the arrangement method also uses the layout of the central position of subway cars.However,when a fire occurs at the edge of the car or at both ends of the car,the alarm time is long and the alarm requirement cannot be met.Therefore,a more reasonable arrangement of fire detectors is required.This article takes the Xi'an Metro B-type car as the research background,analyzes the characteristics of the subway fire,and introduces the point-type smoke fire detector and the infrared flame detector based on the characteristics of the subway fire.After on-site measurement,the relevant data of Xi'an Subway's Type B wagons was obtained.Then the solid model of subway wagons was built using SolidWorks software.Finally the relevant factors affecting the development of subway wagon fires were analyzed to determine the boundary conditions using pyrosim simulation,then simulate the alarm time of different fire detector installation scenarios under the non-fire scenarios.The results of the study show that the more types of point-type smoke detectors installed in subway cars when installing point-type smoke detectors in subway cars,the faster the fire alarm can be guaranteed.Therefore,four point type smoke fire detectors are set as the optimal arrangement.When the red ultraviolet flame detector is arranged in the subway car,the alarm time is shorter than that of the point type smoke detector.Three flame detectors can be set to meet the needs of the fire alarm and the initial fire alarm can be better realized.Because of the complexity of fires in subway cars,single detectors have flaws.The combination of point-type smoke detectors and red-violet flame detectors can detect early-stage fires more effectively and efficiently,and better guarantee the safety of subway cars.
