Urban rail traffic has become one of public transport in cities which can not be replaced. In a large extent,it contributes to ease the traffic congestion problems. However, the safety of the subway is becoming a thorny issues we have to face. Due to the its special structure, the subway system is likely to suffer casualties and great property losses under the condition that the event of a fire, slow discharge of the gas.It is most of the line and the station closed in the underground that makes the evacuation difficult. This paper analyzes the types and quantities of subway operation accidents, and puts forward that the fire accident is the most prone and easy accident type of loss of life and property in metro operation. Analysis of different groups of people when faced with the fire of different psychological reactions, and the crowd evacuation caused by different effects; discuss the subway station fire, behavior of smoke and heat, and take carbon monoxide as an example, analysis of toxic gases in the fire in the process of the concentration change.Shijiazhuang Subway No. 1 line Xiwang station as an example, using pyrosim software of FDS based on establishment of the station simplified model, combustion time for 360 s fire simulation, observe the distribution variation of flue gas in the station of diffusion and temperature in the cross section. With reference to the crowd evacuation discrete choice model, according to the scale of Xiwang stations, set escape environmental factors, choose the most unfavorable escape for individual model calculated the escape time required. Finally, according to the results of fire simulation and evacuation time, the author puts forward suggestions for the station fire facilities layout and the escape route choice.
