Because of its compact structure,high pressure,high speed and so on,the plunger pump is widely used in the hydraulic system of various industries.However,with the progress of science and technology and the development of industry,the traditional piston pump has not fully met all the needs of various industries for the hydraulic pump source.People have put forward many new requirements for the hydraulic piston pump.Among them,how to reduce the flow pulsation of the plunger pump,increase the flow rate of the plunger pump and improve the power weight ratio of the plunger pump have become the key research problem in the field of hydraulic pump.In order to reduce the flow pulsation and increase the power weight ratio of the axial piston pump,a new type of quantitative double row axial piston pump structure is researched,and the feasibility of the double row axial piston pump is deeply analyzed by means of calculation,modeling,simulation and test.The flow theory model of double row axial piston pump is set up first,and the flow pulsation of the two row axial piston pump under the different number of plunger and different inner angle is analyzed.The influence law of the number of plunger and the distribution of plunger on the flow pulsation of the double row axial piston pump is explored,and the distribution scheme of the minimum flow pulsating plunger is determined in theory.On the basis of the original A4 FO plunger pump,combined with the analysis results of the piston distribution structure,the structure of the axial piston pump is improved and the preliminary design of the principle prototype of the double ro w axial piston pump is completed.The dynamic model and the finite element model of the principle prototype of the double row axial piston pump are set up respectively,and the dynamic stress analysis and the static analysis of the two row axial piston pum p are carried out.The strength of the key parts,such as shaft and cylinder of double row axial piston pump,is checked to verify the theoretical feasibility of the double row axial piston pump.Combined with 3D printing technology,the shell of the pump is processed,and a two row axial piston pump prototype is manufactured.Based on the 160 KW hydraulic pump test bench,the performance test of the principle prototype of double row axial piston pump is carried out.The flow rate,volumetric efficiency,mechanical efficiency,noise,leakage and other parameters of the double row axial piston pump prototype were tested under different outlet pressure and rotational speed,and the performance of the double row axial piston pump was analyzed. |
