As the principal power component of the hydraulic system,the axial piston pump provides continuous power for the entire hydraulic system and possesses high working pressure,easy variable and high volumetric efficiency,which is widely applied in distinct fields.During the operation of the plunger pump,the flow pulsation is generated,resulting in noise pollution.Noise and vibration reduction is not only the inherent requirements for improving the performance of plunger pump,but also an important measure to solve environmental protection problems.In this work,the flow ripple and test of axial piston pump are investigated in detail,providing guidance for noise and vibration reduction of plunger pump.Further,the research is beneficial to optimal design of plunger pump.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The leakage flow of the three friction pairs including plunger pair,sliding shoe pair and distribution pair is derived via analyzing the kinematics of the axial piston pump.According to the leakage flow of three friction pairs,the throttle effect of distribution disc and the compressibility of oil,the mathematical model of the multi-piston axial piston pump is established.Further,the overcurrent area of distribution disc is analyzed in detail,and the relative overcurrent area is obtained after calculating,which lay the foundation for the calculation of overcurrent area in simulation model.(2)A nine-piston swashplate axial piston pump whole pump model is constructed via using AMEsim software.After studying the effects of speed,swashplate inclination,plunger diameter,load characteristics,pump outlet volume,elastic modulus of oil,width angle and depth angle of triangle groove of valve plate on the pump outlet flow pulsation and pressure pulsation,the fluctuation trends of flow rate and pressure pulsation rate are obtained respectively.Meanwhile,the optimal value of related parameter is determined.(3)Theory of flow fluctuation measurement is investigated in detail,and the flow pulsation test bench is designed based on international standard ISO 10767-1 “Hydraulic Pump(Precision Method)” introduced newly.Appropriate hydraulic components are selected,then safety valve and flow meter installation valve station are designed.The test bench is constructed successfully.Flow pulsation test program is finished via using Lab VIEW software.It is expected that the flow pulse will be obtained via testing and analysis calculation,which can describe flow pulsation and pressure pulsation properties of piston pump and promote the reverse development of piston pump.Furthermore,the correctness of the simulation model can be verified.
