The axial plunger pump is one of the core components in the hydraulic system.It has the advantages of high power density,high pressure and large flow.However,the axial plunger pump will produce certain flow pulsation,pressure pulsation and cavitation during the working process.The occurrence of these three phenomena will affect the performance and working efficiency of the axial plunger pump,so the flow pulsation,Pressure pulsation and cavitation can effectively improve the performance of axial piston pumps.The structural parameters of the axial plunger pump element and the structure and size of the distribution disk damping groove have an important influence on the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation.This paper mainly focuses on the structural parameters of the axial plunger pump and the structure of the distribution disk damping groove.Optimization,to study the impact of different structures on flow pulsation and pressure pulsation,to find ways to reduce flow pulsation and pressure pulsation,and to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of axial piston pumps.In this paper,a mathematical model for the movement of the axial piston pump is first established,a theoretical fluid model for a single piston is established,and multiple theoretical models for a single plunger are combined to establish a theoretical fluid model for a plunger pump.The flow area of triangular damping grooves and U-shaped grooves during flow distribution is analyzed,which lays the foundation for generating the flow area curve later.Secondly,a one-dimensional simulation model of the axial piston pump is established in AMESim,and the overflow area curve of the distribution plate is generated by MATLAB and imported into the axial piston pump distribution plate model.At the same time,the endurance test platform of the axial piston pump was used to obtain relevant data and images of the outlet flow,pressure and cavitation of the piston pump,and compared with the simulation results of the axial piston pump to verify the correctness of the simulation.The axial piston pump model established in AMESim was simulated.By changing the number of plungers,the speed of the plunger pump,the inclination of the swash plate,and the diameter of the damping hole,the optimal solution corresponding to the smallest flow pulsation was obtained..The three-dimensional model of the plunger pump was simulated by Pumplink to obtain the pressure cloud map and cavitation cloud map,and the cloud maps were analyzed.The flow area curves obtained from the damping grooves of different distribution disks are imported into the distribution disk model.The effects of different depth angles and width angles of the triangular damping grooves on the flow pulsation of the plunger pump are compared.The optimal solution is obtained by the influence of the pump outlet flow pulsation.The above multiple sets of simulations are all in search of methods to reduce the flow pulsation,and have certain guiding significance for the design and application of plunger pumps.
