Hydraulic transmission are widely used in the fields of engineering machinery、aeronautics and astronautics and so on. Axial piston pump is one of the most dynamic components of the hydraulic system applications. Rely on the piston reciprocating motion and the enclosed volume changed to achieve the process of inflowing and outflowing oil in the barrel. It has the characteristics of high pressure and high efficient,high flow, easy to adjust which is widely used in hydraulic machines, excavators, shipbuilding, aerospace and other heavy machinery.Traditional axial piston pump technology has become mature, but the noise axial piston pump at a stable work produced, leakage, wear and other problems still to be solved. because of axial piston pump working mechanism to determine their normal working conditions will produce a stable periodical pressure pulsation flow, the impact piston pump job stability, reduce the service life, make noise.In this paper, the traditional single-row axial piston pumps to improve on the key components of the double type axial piston pump design calculations and optimization, through three-dimensional mapping software SolidWorks building the single-double axial piston pumps for solid modeling. Piston dynamics model established by the multi-body dynamics simulation software Adams, traffic and movement of the plunger axial piston pump at work simulation analysis. Established by AMEsim piston pump hydraulic model, analysis model and the pressure piston flow model, and single-double axial piston pump pressure and flow stability during analysis.Piston Pump established through joint co-simulation model and simulation by two softwares of Adams and AMEsim to give double axial piston pump simulation results in graphical increase flow and reduce noise, increase stability and other aspects of the work to be better than the traditional single-row axial piston pump, to provide support for double axial piston pump further research and development.
