| With the continuous enhancement of the comprehensive national strength in China,the domestic economic market has been very active,and the development of the urban rail transit is rapid and accelerating.Only when urban rail transit enterprises continuously improve their own overall management strength and reasonably controlling costs,they have chance not to be a vicious debt of the government.BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry and has been gradually introduced into the management of other projects due to its unique advantages.How to apply BIM technology extensively and in-depth to the cost control of rail transit projects in China,reduce engineering costs and improve economic efficiency will have a directly effect on the survival and development of enterprises.First of all,this paper describes the background and significance of the subject,and summarizes the research literature on cost control,BIM technology and its application in project management at home and abroad and so on.The contents,methods and technical route of the research to be carried out in this paper are summarized.In addition,this paper combs the current situation and problems of cost control of S urban rail transit project,and on this basis,it also expounds the research ideas of cost control of S urban rail transit project based on BIM technology,and describe various specific research process in detail,namely for studying the three aspects,such as engineering quantity measurement,cost information coordination and cost control methods.In the end,the paper analyzes the effect of applying new cost control method to S-urban rail transit project.It's showed based on the research results that the application of the improvement method of cost control based the BIM technology in this paper has improved the cost control effect of the rail transit project in S Company,beside,it also promotes the effective realization of the project cost control goal of the company. |
