Study On Cost Control Of Six Bid Section Construction Project Of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 Phase Ⅰ

With the rapid growth of national in the recent years,the scale of urban construction has been expanding,and the increasing demand of residents for travel has brought tremendous pressure on urban transportation.Because of the characteristics of rail transit,such as timesaving,comfortable and so on,more and more large cities choose to build or add rail transit projects.For construction enterprises,rail transit construction on the one hand has brought more opportunities,on the other hand also faces greater challenges.The number of tendering and participating enterprises is increasing and competition is increasing.How to start from project cost management,rely on technological innovation and the improvement of management level,meet the requirements of construction,and ultimately reduce construction costs,improve economic efficiency.Because of the large-scale,complex technology,long construction period and high risk of rail transit project,the cost of rail transit project remains project remains high,which restricts the development of rail transit to a certain extent.Therefore,strengthening the cost control of rail transit project and reducing the cost of construction have become the main problems,faced by rail transit construction.Based on the construction project of the six bid section construction project of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 phase I,and analyses the main engineering technical indicators and main cost components,this paper estimates the cost of the project,and analyses the cost factors affecting the project.The cost control design of the construction project is carried out from the objectives,principles,methods and processes of cost control.Combined with the cost control factors and cost control requirements of various stages of the project,the safeguard measures,which are for the operation of the cost control plan for the construction project of the six bid section construction project of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 phase I are proposed.This study can provide some reference for the cost control of the construction project of the six bid section construction project of Harbin Rail Transit Line 2 phase I,which is of great significance for improving the cost control level of the project and reducing the construction cost of the project.
