High-voltage circuit breakers in the power transmission and distribution system shoulders an important mission,its running status will directly affect the stability of the power system and the reliability of the power supply.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker,Its related characteristic parameters must be tested regularly.Extract valid information from these parameters to make judgment on the reliability of the circuit breaker and take corresponding measures in time to ensure the safe operation of grid.Most of the domestic circuit breaker characteristic detector equipment mainly aim at the detection of the circuit breaker mechanical characteristics,vibration signal and other parameters.But when the actual maintenance personnel on site maintenance,more are needed to test high-voltage circuit breaker grinding characteristics and detect auxiliary switching signal,test of the mill property mainly test circuit breaker refused to refuse,refused and so on;The detection of auxiliary switching signal is to detect the correctness of the secondary wiring.These signals will pass to the integrated protection device during the operation to judge the current state of the circuit breaker.Determine whether the circuit breaker can continue to be used in the system through these detection results.Aiming at the shortage of domestic high-voltage circuit breaker detector,a practical functions and portable circuit breaker characteristics tester is developed,the detector is small in size,wiring is simple,powerful,with bound market application value.The tester mainly test the three parameters of high-voltage circuit breaker:auxiliary switch signal detection,divide-shut brake coil current detection,the test of running-in characteristic.This article selects the GSM010 GT Hall sensor to measures the current of the closing coil,choosing controlled power supply ITFCH as the powersupply for the test of the grinding characteristics,use the company's touch screen for the display interface to TI's TMS320F28335 as the core processor.And on the basis of SYS / BIOS(Systems-Basic Input Output System)operating system which TI company comes with,writing MODBUS communication protocol for communication enhances the reliability of the information communication of each module.There are various noise disturbances during collecting signals.In this paper,the signal is pretreated with wavelet threshold denoising.Choosing different wavelet basis function and thresholds to filter and calculate the signal-to-noise ratio and the minimum mean square of the signal before and after filtering.And verify the feasibility of the method through MATLAB.And then the eccentricity of the current signal of the opening coil is extracted,which lays the foundation for the later fault diagnosis.Finally,the ABB VD4 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker as the test object,contrasting the closing coil current test results and GYT-07 mechanical characteristics tester test results;let the auxiliary switch resistance and a high precision multimeter test results make comparison to verify the accuracy of the test system.The experimental results show that all of the peak of the coil current and the tripping and closing coil current time and the error of the pilot switch resistance value are smaller than 4%,the test result indicates that the tester has high precision accuracy and all results of functional measure meet the expected requirements.
