Research On The Design Strategy Of Elderly Tour And Dewlling Foundation In Hanzhong

With the improvement of elderly people's pension concept in China and the improvement of consumption ability,a leisure vacation pension model combining vacation leisure and pension is presented.Hanzhong area has a good natural resources,considerate,climate conditions and human resources,are the natural conditions of developing leisure pension industry,in this context,to combine the leisure vacation,living and pension and living endowment living form-leisure vacationing industry endowment base began to emerge.Since leisure vacationing industry endowment base function is relatively complex,the existing architectural form is difficult to fully meet the functional requirements,so in this paper,the Hanzhong area leisure vacationing industry existing pension buildings is analyzed,and the good idea of the construction of such facilities at home and abroad for reference,the need to pay attention to in planning and design problems are explored.The first part,in this paper,both at home and abroad on holiday endowment real estate development and operation mode was analyzed,by collating the relevant literature,analysis of the history of the holiday leisure endowment industry at home and abroad and development context,for developing leisure vacation Hanzhong area endowment base for feasibility,leisure vacationing industry endowment base construction of Hanzhong region to provide experience for reference.And select excellent leisure vacation at home and abroad to provide for the aged the actual case analysis,based on the planning and site selection,function configuration,layout,space and environment design and the analysis of the way they operate,summarized the domestic and foreign leisure vacationing industry endowment base design method andprinciple,put forward Hanzhong area for scientific leisure vacationing industry endowment base design strategy to provide theoretical and technical support.In the second part,the author analyzes and investigates the old-age policies,urban development strategies and existing pension bases in Hanzhong district.The existing holiday of Hanzhong area endowment base of architectural form and the analysis of the operation mode,it can be divided into village endowment base type,idyllic rural elderly apartment,comprehensive community endowment club and timeshare vacation four classes;In addition,the four kinds of pension facilities are analyzed,and the existing problems and development are summarized.The third part,leisure vacationing industry development of Hanzhong area endowment base feasibility analysis,respectively,through the national level of demand and pension in the form of innovation,Hanzhong region geography traffic location,tourism resources and Hanzhong area analysis policy guidance leisure vacationing industry endowment base,the feasibility of Hanzhong area construction,feasibility and advantage in trying to apply to the planning strategy.The fourth part,taking into account the internal and external conditions of the leisure and resort base,carries out the functional orientation and market positioning.Based on the above mentioned factors and the concept of leisure vacation pension,this paper puts forward the location strategy of the leisure and vacation pension base.According to the function orientation and market positioning of the leisure and vacation pension base,the reasonable function composition is put forward.Based on the function and orientation of pension base characteristic target of planning and design,and according to this goal,for the leisure vacationing industry endowment base planning and layout,the living space,public service space,outdoor activity space and landscape environment design strategy and key points are put forward.
