| With the rapid development of domestic self-driving tours,the traditional road station service system can no longer meet the needs of self-driving tour users.Most of the domestic self-driving tour stations are researched from the aspects of layout specifications,station location selection,and industrial economy.There is a lack of relevant research on the rationality,standardization and difference of the self-driving tour station service system from the perspective of service design.Starting from the content of the self-driving tour station service system,with the help of service design thinking,this subject will investigate and analyze the actual needs of self-driving tour users and the local environment of the self-driving tour station,aiming to explore the standardization and different regions of the self-driving tour station service system.The difference.Through the visual analysis of the literature,the current status and existing results of the research on the self-driving tour station service system at home and abroad are clarified,and the questions for this in-depth study are raised.Taking the self-driving tour station in Shapotou,Ningxia as the research object,conduct on-site investigation and analysis of the environmental characteristics and surrounding resources of the research destination,put forward the design guidelines for the service system of the self-driving tour station in Shapotou,and build a self-driving tour based on Shapotou based on the service design method The local tourism ecosystem of the inn.Based on the results of Shapotou self-driving tour user interviews and questionnaire surveys,a typical user portrait was drawn.Taking the self-driving tour station camping tent rental service system as the design point,based on the theory of situational cognition,the Shapotou self-driving tour user camping scene model is constructed to clarify the functional positioning of the Shapotou camping tent.With the aid of the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the target layer function of Shapotou camping tent is analyzed by factor layer,and the design guidelines for Shapotou camping tent products are put forward.This research constructed a camping tent rental service system based on the Shapotou self-driving tour station service system,and designed the "Travel Rent" camping tent rental mini program to replace the original user carrying method with a shared rental service model.The process has improved the self-driving camping experience.Through the analysis of the business model and profit model,the feasibility assessment of the station camping tent rental service was carried out,and the camping tent and rental terminal products were designed at the same time.On the basis of meeting the camping needs of self-driving users,using the environmental characteristics of Shapotou with sufficient sunlight in summer and large temperature difference between day and night,through the application of solar film and polyvinylidene fluoride（PVDF）materials,we explored camping tents in the desert environment.Practical application in water collection and solar energy storage.Incorporate the concept of green sustainability into the design of desert camping products.In the design of the rental terminal,it is coupled with the camping tent rental service system to realize the closed loop of the camping tent rental service.This project is based on the service design method,and through the design practice of the selfdriving tour station service system in Shapotou,Ningxia,it provides a new idea for the research of the domestic self-driving tour station service system. |
