Under the background of urbanization,the continuous development of social economy,the past production and livelihood has been unable to meet the needs of the new era,the development of rural dwellings uneven.Most of the river-Huang area belongs to the rural area,and the development of Zhong dwellings also faces the impact and influence of the urbanization trend.The construction of Zhuang-profile dwelling house in the river-Huang area has caused many problems under the dual function of itself and the external factors,mainly embodied in the large scale of construction,the construction method to be built mainly and the use of extensive efficiency is low.The root cause of these problems is that the construction suitability experience of the traditional Zhong dwellings has not formed the systematic scientific theory guidance,the modern Zhong residential building does not have the related system standard supervisory control.At present,the lack of scientific theoretical system and standard norms on the development of the village profile in the River Huang area to make timely guidance and response strategies,urgent need to establish a vil age in the River Huang area of the construction suitability evaluation system for new Zhong residential building to guide the control of traditional and modern Zhong residential evaluation and optimization control.The team has done the traditional vil age protection and development planning work for many years in the River Huang area,has accumulated the valuable experience and the method,has laid the foundation for the follow-up appraisal system establishment.The construction suitability evaluation system of Zhuang profile dwelling house in the River Huang area tries to build up the norm and scientific development.The purpose and significance is to propose a regional evaluation standard or criterion,to guide the sustainable development of Zhuang profile dwelling house in the River Huang area,and to provide scientific suitability evaluation system and certain guiding implementation basis for the construction of Zhuang profile dwelling house in the River Huang area.This paper takes the Xunhuasalazu County Zhong residential area in Qinghai Province as the research sample,and uses the field investigation,the numerical simulat io n,the expert questionnaire and the analytic hierarchy process to study.First,through Onthe-spot investigation to obtain the present situatio n of Zhong dwellings firstha nd information,the paper analyzes the suitability of the traditional Zhong dwelling in three aspects,such as location,function and material structure,then studies and analyses the existing evaluation systems,draws on the methods and contents of their establishme nt,and selects the relevant suitability index according to local conditions,around the location,function,The material structure unfolds constructs the index frame,the appraisal standard part refers to the present system standard,in the aspect and so on the constructio n direction,the shape coefficient,the window wall ratio as well as the exterior wall enclosure material structure and so on,through the numerical simulation carries on the computer digital model physical simulation analysis to establish the standard Finally,the index system is weighted by the expert questionnaire and the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through the standardization and scientification of the construction of Zhuang-profile dwellings in the river-Huang area,the establishment of a suitable evaluation system for the Zhong dwellings,which can be guided by local conditions,is hoped to find the opportunity and reference for the future evaluation system of rural residential building suitability.
