| The urban community is the product of urbanization.The living environment of the living entity,that is,the construction of the human environment has always occupied a vital position in the planning of the city,the design of the buildings and the renovation of the landscape.Similarly,the standard of the construction is also a significant benchmark for measuring the human settlement environment.Based on the market-oriented economy,accelerated urban development,and social transformation of China,the thesis studies on the feasibility of space creation and environment renewal by focusing on the the factors of the open space of urban residential communities.The organic rejuvenation of the old community is not a single and simple construction project,but a complex,systematic,livelihood project,which benefits the people and benefits the citizens.The thesis has the first-hand material of the community's open space environment in Xi'an Ming City District by making field research of the area north of the East-West Street in Ming City District in Xi'an.The thesis also summarizes the existing problems of community open space environment and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Above the studies,the conclusions are listed as followings:To improve the quality of community open space environment in Xi'an Ming City District,the creation of the community open space and micro environment of Xi'an Ming City District should be the first.What's more,this thesis would focus on updating and transforming the community's open space environment adaptability and cultural enhancement.At last,this thesis would summarize the design guidelines based on the new technologies of the Internet and conduct in-depth investigation and reconstruction of typical community open spaces.It is hoped that this would provide a certain reference for the transformation of the open space environment of the same type of old community in Xi'an Ming City District. |
