Study On The Design Of Urban Residential Space In Ming City Of Xi’an

In recent years,with the development of urban tourism and the promotion of sharing economy,the homestay has gradually moved from the countryside to the city.Its individual experience has been affirmed by the masses.People no longer meet the standard service of hotels,inns,hotels,and began to pursue a non-standard form of accommodation.At present,the industry of home stay in China’s mainland starts late,and there are few researches on the design of home stay architecture,and even fewer researches on the design of urban home stay.As far as Mingcheng District,Xi’an house is concerned,due to the lack of experience and the pursuit of interests in the process of homestay,the overall development of urban house shows a rough and barbaric state,the homogenization of house.Improper replacement of old and new functions,and the lack of characteristic experience of urban house are particularly prominent,which need to be solved urgently.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the overall idea of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems as clues.Through theoretical basic research and combing the status quo of Mingcheng District,Xi’an residential buildings,this paper analyzes many excellent domestic cases based on the guidance of problems and puts forward the spatial design method with functional space layout and spatial atmosphere construction as the core.The method realizes the transformation of old and new functions of Mingcheng District,Xi’an residential buildings as much as possible,makes up for the lack of characteristic experience,and provides some suggestions for future urban residential buildings design.First of all,the paper summarizes the problems of improper function replacement and lack of characteristic experience by combing the related theories of urban homestay,investigating the number,distribution,operation status and type characteristics of urban homestay in the Ming City of Xi’an,and analyzing the typical cases of residential quarters in the Mingcheng District,Xi’an.Secondly,in view of the above two problems of function transformation and characteristic space experience,the author conducts on-the-spot investigation and spatial analysis on the excellent cases of Guangzhou,Hangzhou,Suzhou,Beijing and other cities,summarizes the commonness and individuality of each case in function transformation and characteristic space experience,as well as the Enlightenment on the space design of Mingcheng District,Xi’an residential quarters,and puts forward the functional space layout Strategy and space atmosphere building strategy.Finally,through the above research,the paper puts forward the space design method of Mingcheng District,Xi’an residential space from six aspects: function demand,area ratio,space reconstruction,streamline organization,external space atmosphere building,internal space atmosphere building,and demonstrates the method through the design practice of Xi’an 4031 residential space.This paper puts forward a detailed spatial design method with the core of functional layout and atmosphere construction.However,the research on urban residential buildings is a complex and comprehensive subject.In addition to the architectural space design,it also involves the location,cost,construction and other aspects of residential buildings.More complete,systematic and deep-seated Research on residential buildings design needs more people to spend more time to improve constantly.
