Research On The Landscape Strategy Of Mountainous Residential Area High Cut Slope

China has a vast territory and a complex geomorphology,through rough statistics,there are more than 600 cities in China and more than 300 in mountain cities,and most of them are in the mountain terrain.Chongqing is the only municipality directly under the central government of the southwest,and it is also a famous "mountain city".Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,and the commodity housing market has developed rapidly and gradually matured in the process of urbanization.In the development of the commodity housing market in Chongqing,the residential products have been perfected continuously,forming a unique system of planning,building and landscape building in the mountainous residential area.Different from the plain living area,the terrain is the biggest challenge for the landscape construction of the Mountainous Residential Area,and it is also a unique resource.In dealing with the height difference,there are various forms of solution,including cutting slope,platform,retaining wall and so on.The slope as the mountain landscape in common terrain processing,due to its special structure,often only consider the safety engineering,neglecting the landscape effect and function,more difficult to consider the slope position and the surrounding space coordinate,so many high slope looks is monotonic effect of iron bastions.Especially for the residential area,the landscape space function of slope utilization rate is low,the effect of landscape does not match the overall quality.How to adjust measures to local conditions,include residential areas of the slope landscape strategy to meet the characteristics of mountain ecological residential area,to meet the functional requirements,can better reflect the characteristics of landscape aesthetics,is the focus of this discussion.In this paper,the slope landscape in residential area as the research object,through the analysis of the high slope retaining structure of foundation,the space form of slope is common wall type,platform type,slope type,composite type four types.Combiningwith the landscape features of the landscape of the theoretical basis,characteristics and slope of Mountainous Residential Area landscape,summarized from residential factors slope landscape effect,three on both function and space form,landscape elements.In the urban area of Chongqing city as the research area,selected 21 outstanding characteristics of Mountainous Residential areas,on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the existing residential area in 45 case of slope.The slope in the residential area in the location of the function of the 45 cases divided into the entrance area of slope,slope,regional center building area of slope and slope edge regions of four types,and summarizes the present situation of slope landscape from two aspects of spatial morphology and landscape elements.The following problem: the existing slope of single function and ornamental function is weak;space form rigid,strong sense of depression;curing effect of landscape elements,collocation.Finally,it discusses the mountainous residential area slope landscape strategy,put forward to functional requirements as the leading,suitable for the principle of the overall landscape space premise,landscape quality standard.This area of slope to the entrance traffic and display function,regional slope center activities and ornamental function,building area of slope to traffic and activity function,edge slope to separate the main function is to improve and complement the function of strategy.According to the different functional directions of each type,the spatial strategy is put forward from four aspects: spatial form,spatial opening and closing,spatial scale and spatial shape.From the aspects of architecture,faceplate,plants,Waterscape,sketch and facilities,the strategy of landscape elements collocation is put forward.So as to achieve a high slope landscape of mountainous residential area characteristic strategy.
