| Raw soil construction is a sustainable building form that can save energy,protect the environment,reduce carbon emissions,and reduce pollution.However,raw soil construction has gradually declined in the course of social development,and there are fewer and fewer native buildings in Chongqing.Therefore,in order to enrich the diversity of modern raw soil construction and promote the application of raw soil construction in rural areas in Chongqing,this paper proposes a technical study of the ecological construction of soil steel.Earth-steel construction is a new form of ecological construction.It adopts a steel skeleton system that is recycled and eco-friendly,and it also incorporates adobe walls that are widely used in rural areas.This structural system not only ensures good seismic performance,but also considers the characteristics of rural housing,and provides a new direction for the research of raw soil construction.At present,the research on earth-steel construction at home and abroad mainly focuses on the simulation and analysis stage of anti-side performance and anti-seismic performance.There is very little research work on its technical aspects.Therefore,the technical research on earth-steel construction research has theoretical and practical significance.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Put forward the concept of ecological construction of earth steel and elaborate.(2)Experimental study on the modification ratio of the adobe wall material,using 0.5% straw straw and 8% portland cement to modify the raw material,the compressive performance,shrinkage performance,thermal performance of the modified specimen,The eco-permeability properties such as steam permeability,erosion resistance,corrosion resistance,and UV resistance were tested and analyzed.The results obtained were as follows: The physical and mechanical properties and the ecological performance of the raw material modified by 0.5% straw and 8% Portland cement Both have been improved to meet the mechanical properties of the material and ecological performance requirements.(3)With reference to the design specifications for thermal performance,energy conservation,and seismic resistance of buildings,the design principles,design basis,and construction requirements of earth-steel construction shall be analyzed to provide guidance for the construction practice of earth-steel construction.(4)Carry out earthwork construction and practice,analyze steel frame welding and fixing,adobe production,masonry and roof construction of earth steel buildings.The preliminary exploration of the construction process of the ecological construction of the earth steel provides the practical basis and reference for the construction practice of the earth steel construction.(5)By conducting comprehensive winter field tests on the ecological performance of the earth steel building,the indoor and outdoor thermal and environmental conditions of the earth steel building and the distribution of the temperature distribution of the buildings are analyzed.The results show that: under winter conditions.The average indoor temperature of earth steel rooms is 3°C~4°C higher than that of ordinary rooms.Indoor temperature environment is stable.The relative humidity of air is 5%~10% higher than that of ordinary rooms,the relative humidity of indoor air is maintained at around 75% to 85% during the day and the relative humidity at night is higher than 90%.The overall humidity environment is comfortable.The thermal performance of the adobe wall is excellent,the indoor thermal and humid environment is stable,and the overall performance is good. |
